Cutting blocks

Blocks of various sizes, shapes and volumes are brought to the workshop. In our production, strict quality and color control of products is carried out at all stages of production. The first step is to sort the blocks properly. They are distributed by size and color, depending on the purpose of use (construction orders or ritual), checked for cracks.
The color of the stone can be seen more clearly at the next stage of production – when cutting a block. Our factory is equipped with four stone sawing machines:

• Bridge sawing machine QSQ-3000 (made in China, Wanlong company) (saw diameter 3 m) – 1 piece
• Bridge sawing machine LMQ-3000 (made in China, Wanlong company) (saw blade diameter 3 m) – 1 piece
• Bridge sawing machine RS32-2500 (made in Russia) (saw diameter 2.5 m) – 2 pcs
